If you think Spain is famous only for its bulls, you’re wrong. There are many delicious dishes in the Spanish cuisine. Here’s one of them: Mussels with Chorizo and White Wine Recipe
1small onion, chopped into 1/4” pieces
1/2red bell pepper, chopped into 1/4” pieces
1tbsp garlic, diced
4oz cooking chorizo, sliced
2cups white wine
3cups fresh mussels, cleaned and de-bearded
2tbsp olive oil
1sprig of rosemary
chopped parsley for garnishing
1-) Sauté onion, peppers, chorizo, garlic, and rosemary sprig in in olive oil for a few minutes on medium heat.
2-) Add mussels and wine, mixing with the other ingredients. Cover and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
3-) Garnish with parsley and serve with bread for sopping up the juices.
